The event will be hosted in the BioSci / Sir Martin Evans Building, Museum Ave, Cardiff CF10 3A @ C.0.07 / E/1.22
- The BioSci/Sir Martin Evans building has accessible toilets, a kitchenette, a café, vending machines and Hyb workspaces. A quiet room will be available in E/1.02.
- Tea and coffee will be available during breaks on both days in room E/1.22.
- Lunch will be provided on 17/12/2025 in room E/1.22.
- There are also refreshments available nearby e.g. Green Shoots Café (Main Building), Greggs and Cafes in the Centre for Student Life.
