Carl Gough | Seagrass Network Cymru

Carl Gough is Project Manager for the National Seagrass Action Plan (NSAP) in Wales, enabling cross-sector coordination to protect and restore vital seagrass habitats around the Welsh coast. With a background in marine science and over 20 years’ experience in community development and collaborative governance, Carl works through Seagrass Network Cymru to drive delivery of this nationally endorsed plan—supporting biodiversity, coastal resilience, community engagement and aligning with Wales’s wider climate and nature recovery goals.
